Tesla Coffee is an integrated cloud-native management ecosystem built to streamline cafe and restaurant operations from customer ordering to point-of-sale management. The platform unites a customer-facing digital storefront with a dedicated touch-friendly POS cashier terminal, inventory management, and real-time operational reporting. Customers can browse dynamic category menus, search items, manage persistent shopping carts, and submit instant orders via structured WhatsApp checkout. For staff and managers, the touch-optimized POS cashier enables rapid table assignment, kitchen notes, payment recording, and immediate thermal-compatible invoice printing. The platform includes a full product and category CMS with in-browser image cropping before Firebase Storage upload, promotional pricing controls, and real-time Cloud Firestore order lifecycle tracking from pending to completed. Financial analytics provide daily revenue summaries and one-click Excel data export, secured by role-based Firebase authentication.
