Project Overview

TechNetwork is a collaborative recruitment platform developed as a university graduation project. The platform facilitates developer portfolio creation, company hiring workflows, and intelligent job-candidate matching. Candidates can upload resumes for automated ATS scoring and gap analysis, while recruiters search talent using semantic search and filtered criteria. The system integrates a dedicated n8n AI engine connecting OpenAI models, vector embeddings, and a Pinecone vector database to evaluate candidates against job requirements. Built with a React.js and Tailwind CSS frontend communicating via REST APIs with a Laravel and MySQL backend.
